NEW Valhall has replaced our popular model Njord, but has a slightly lower design to provide more efficient heat retention and lower gasconsumption. The forge has an octagonal/round shape at the top to ensure the best possible circulation of the heat. Insulated with our 50mm carcinogen-free wool for optimum safety. Valhall is equipped with a 1/2 hatch at the front to enable optimal air flow and provide a good overview during forging. In addition, it has a full-covering hatch at the back with a smaller opening to be able to heat longer objects without having to open it completely. The forge is delivered with two Ragnarök 3.0 burners, complete with regulator set. The only thing missing is the gas tube! Valhall can also be used by two blacksmiths simultaneously from either side. WHAT SUITS ME BEST?
A little personal, you might say
0° - can be advantageous if you work with thinner, wider materials or, for example, several substances on a large surfforge.
27° - can in turn be more beneficial when you are handling taller and thicker steel. Currently, this is the most popular choice.
Remember that YOUR choice is not decisive, as you will get enough warmth in our forges regardless - we promise! And you can also change the angle afterwards.

DIVERSE
VENTILATION
Our gas forges do not really require special adapted ventilation or smoke ducts such as a coal stove, but of course no disadvantage if there is. You can basically be anywhere you want when you forge. No soot and smoke that harms your health or disturbs your neighbors. Please note! Ensure good ventilation. As is known, Gas forgess consume a lot of air/oxygen (1kg gas- 12.000 liters of air) so open a door or a window for good ventilation and flow to the room. This is often done automatically when it gets too hot in the room. The operation of the burners is also affected and optimized by good ventilation. Feel free to talk to a ventilation installer and they will help you. We also recommend one gas detector which, for a cheap price, gives you good protection in the event of gas or carbon monoxide leakage.
VERIFY
Check at regular intervals that connections and hose etc. are tight. You can do this with soap and water or with e.g AGA Propane Leak Finder.
