RETURN POLICY
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. Your message to us must clearly state that you regret it. The cooling-off period begins on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement concerns a custom-made item - or an item that has been given a clear personal touch, the cooling-off period begins on the day we provide information.
You do not have the right of withdrawal if: The service started during the cooling-off period with your consent, the price is dependent on the fluctuations of the financial market, for example a share, the goods due to their nature cannot be returned, the seal has been broken on sound or image recordings or computer programs. Sealing also refers to technical sealing.
When you have exercised your right of withdrawal: You are obliged to return the item in the same good condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course carefully examine it. If the product is damaged or lost due to your carelessness, you lose the right of cancellation. The customer pays the return shipping.
WARRANTIES AND SERVICE
*10 year WARRANTY applies to the burner's material, construction and function, subject to normal use and what the burner is intended for. Not nozzle, valve and surfforge treatment. Save original receipt.
RESPONSIBILITY
Please note! The gas forges and gas burners are for outdoor use only. Gas, gas forges and gas burners can be dangerous if you are not careful. Always hire a qualified gas installer. Gas can be dangerous if you are not careful to install everything correctly. Check regularly, preferably before each use, that the connections and hoses etc. are tight. You can do this with, for example, soapy water or with the AGA Propane Leak Finder. The gas installer follows the instructions in all operating instructions very carefully. Replace the hose every 2-3 years.
Amortization of liability: Nordforge AB is released from all liability for damages that may arise during the use of gas forges and gas burners. The user agrees to hold Nordforge AB completely free from liability, including financial responsibility for damages that arise, regardless of whether the damages were caused by negligence. The user understands the risks of gas devices. These include but are not limited to accidents and personal injury or even death.

In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your data in our business to fulfill the agreement with you.
